Rausch Granite Products guarantees that the installed granite countertop will not fade, chip or peel due to natural causes except in cases of extreme natural event such as tornadoes, floods, earthquakes, etc. or acts of war.
Careless human actions such as dropping heavy objects or striking the counter with hard or sharp objects may cause damage to the granite and such acts are not covered by this guarantee.
Granite is a natural product and may come with natural fissures. Some granites are treated with a strengthening resin and this will prevent any opening or loosening of any natural fissures.
